I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA) in Jun 2011
Interview
was referred through another friend who was already employed there for many years. interviewed with branch manager first and then human resources conducted an interview and a personality test. The process was easy and the people were nice. I had an excellent referral from an existing employee who was a fairly high level executive so my experience may have been different than others.
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Covington, KY)
Interview
Interview process was easy once the interviewer showed up. Was ten minutes late and disrespectful of my time. She was unprofessional with interview questions as well. Zero stars. Would not recommend.
The interview was a zoom interview. Upon passing the initial interview, you then complete a drug test, and background check that requires you to go to an office to submit your fingerprints
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me scenario based questions around different interactions I had with customers.
Very standard interview. Most Qs revolve on how you helped customers in past roles and what you can do to excel in this role. Nothing too difficult and they send you questions before hand to practice. Remember star method
