I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Denver, CO) in May 2024
Interview
Fidelity put me through a month long interview process over 3 separate interviews that required me to study for and do practice quizzes only to ghost me. It’s been 3 weeks with no answer since my last interview, which was a 1hr zoom interview with 2 hiring managers where they grilled me nonstop with behavioral questions. I was told I’d hear back in 1 week. I’m not mad that they didn’t send me an offer because I already started working somewhere else, I’m just mad they wasted a month of my time just to ghost me. The least they could have done was send me a rejection email after all that effort required to interview with them for a position which is just a glorified call center job. The recruiter also told me in the second interview they weren’t even hiring til sept, oct, nov period and at the time of my interview it was late may. An absolute joke and waste of time. Do not quit your job to work here!

Lots of behavioral questions about customer service
First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.

Interview
Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.
