I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
I scheduled a phone call with the talent acquisition leader and spoke with him for about 45 minutes. We discussed very typical interview questions such as past experience, qualifications, long-term goals, and steps moving forward. He was very engaged and cordial but the pace of the discussion was very fast.

Question 1
He asked me to tell him more about my work experience so that he had a better understanding of how it might apply to this available position.
First a brief phone screening, and then I needed to schedule an in person interview. The phone screening was around 30 mins and the interview itself was about an hour.
