The first phase consisted of a phone interview that lasted approximately 45 minutes. Then proceeded to an interview on premises which consisted of a group presentation about the company, an interview with 2 managers, and then the watson-glazer test. Most of the interview questions were behavioral. Be prepared to give examples.
