If you have a lifetime to wait, apply at Fidelity. Extremely lengthy and unprofessional process. Save yourself the agony. Nothing has changed at this company and it’s probably gotten worse. Bait and switch is what they’re about. Admin assistant doesn’t even know her days of the week to schedule initial interview. No apologies there of course. Interview finally happens with two “team mangers”. One shows up late (again no apologies on their part and it wasn’t because he was ironing his T-shirt…came on the zoom cussing about the weather! And, you’re supposed to dress and act a certain way but they aren’t.) Cross fire of “STAR” studded questions. Not particularly interested in your answers. If your level of experience exceeds their level of interviewing experience, it’s an obvious mismatch. Tell you that you’ll hear back in 1-1.5 weeks. Fine. An entire month passes. You’re ahead of them already because you’re checking website updates on your own. Get the only call ever from HR. Msg left…phone tag ensues for days (call was from a personal cell phone and mailbox is full…what?!). Finally connect and you already know you’ve been rejected but they call to tell you that you’ve been rejected and want to offer unsolicited “feedback”. Again…what?!! When I’m on your payroll, you can have a 1:1 and offer me feedback buddy. Basically was told you look better on paper than zoom. Lol! Great job Fidelity Investments. Keep up the great work!!!

Interview was set up online and conducted by two managers. Set at 30 minutes and was what I expected in terms of the interview flow. Nothing crazy. They said they would get back with me in a few weeks and I never heard back. Very unprofessional and unresponsive.
