Tedious, time consuming and terrible. Takes forever and you "meet" the same people over and over again. Everyone here is a clone; there is zero diversity of thought. It is a mindless factory of daily activity churn accomplishing nothing.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very very very basic questions ... like a Kindergarten interview.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Providence, RI)
Interview
I have interviewed twice now for a role at Fidelity. Out of the gate always very excited and positive. After a round of interviews it then goes into limbo with me having to chase the recruiter to find out where the offer process stands. Then, two months later - thanks for your interest but we are going in another direction. And the same roles are still posted months after they contacted me to apply. To make matters worse when I reached out to inquire about other roles and my experience… no response at all. Sadly I had been warned about this by other HR colleagues who had worked or knew someone who worked at Fidelity… but fool me twice and I am done. No company should waste a candidates time like this…
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
More discussion than questions with one of the interviews having very little content related to the actual role.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process I had was over the phone and on skype. The process was quick and easy, the recruiter followed the timelines that they said they would. I was given the names of the people on the interview panel beforehand. The interviewers were very kind and welcoming.
