Phone Screen with HR, two rounds Interview with Director and Leadership of department. I was told by the HR Recruiter that they were review 15 people for the position including internal ones.

"Do you know why are you here?" Easy question but the manner in which it was delivered was a bit jarring and I was completely caught off guard by it! My recovery less then smooth.
