I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Dec 2009
Interview
Hiring is usually a 5 step process.
1. Written
2. F2F with interview panel
3. F2F with Project Manager
4. F2F with Dept. Director
5. F2F with HR
Written is quite tough and also the interview panel is very knowledgeable guys from industry and can catch your bluff very easily. My advice stay honest and say no if you don't know something rather than bluffing.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I had made only 1 switch in 4 years and they asked why so less time with 1 company. Apparently they look for employees who will stay with company for long time.

first round is just a recruiter call, technically it was scheduled but they called me randomly then got a quick rejection from the hiring manager after a week and a half of waiting
I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Dec 2025
Interview
It was a phone screen interview (1st round) that lasted 10-15 minutes. It mainly consisted of questions that asked about work experience, skills, type of roles you'd be interested in.
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH)
Interview
Initial recruiter call but I didn’t get the offer due to sponsorship issue. But I had connected with rest of the team and they suggest there have been only 2 more rounds. One technical which is basically asking from resume and a managerial round with hiring manager.
