I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
2 interviews. The first was technical and revolved mainly around SQL, specifically on how to write certain queries. Also a focus on Java and a small touch on competency. This was a 2-on-1 interview. The 2nd interview was with hr and was completely competency based. All interviews were on site.
I declined the offer as I was waiting on an offer from another company and only had a day to decide.

Interview
I applied blind online. After a few months, they selected me for a phone screen with an HR interviewer. After a satisfactory interview, they immediately offered me a follow up interview over Skype with 2 parts: one technical and one behavioral. In addition, they had me complete a series of brain teasers on HackerRank, which did not prove too difficult.
