I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview process was great and successful. I talked with a university recruiter at my school's career fair and gave them my resume. After talking with the recruiter, I was told to apply online to the LEAP program. I received an email two weeks later stating that they wanted to schedule a 30 minute phone interview with me. After the phone interview, I received feedback stating that they were interested in doing a second interview on-site or through Skype. I chose to go on-site. The on-site interview went very well. I had my technical interview first, then behavioral. After the interview, I received feedback the following morning stating that they wanted to hire me for their systems engineering position.
