They ask situational questions regarding management and customer complaints and questions regarding any sales and customer service positions you previously held. They ask about what your future plans are and why you’d be a good fit for their company.
It was okay. Very easy and they don't have a high expectation for you to begin your career there. Typical interview questions, mainly about previous work history. I would not interview again.
