The interviewer calls me , tells we have a great position for you , tells there will be 1 Technical+ 1 HR round. Schedules an interview. I gave the interview , it went great , the HR calls me again , tells they want to take 1 more technical interview, I hesitated because of instability of the HR being not clear about what they really need, but then I said OK. I gave the interview, it went great, then HR calls me again and says they want another person to interview me again and this will be my last round, so I said ok and gave the interview , this whole procedure took 2 weeks to complete. I had 2 choices and ready to join here even on less CTC because of the Japanese profile. After that the HR didn't reply me . They are really not clear weather to hire a person or not , this happened with many of my collogues too. Thankfully I accepted other offer quickly , otherwise the other offer was also going to expire. Should not waste time behind them. Waste management.
