Two easy behavioral interviews. Given an impossible challenge which showed their own lack of understanding. No response after following up multiple times. Terrible communication, refused to respond after multiple interviews.

I have two successful interviews and they did not proceed with the next. More than one week passed, I do not have any feedback. Not sure if I need to wait or look for another job.
