I was approached by a member of HR team and we had 30 mins phone call, then hackerrank test was scheduled which I’ve passed according to recruiter. Then I’ve got a link to a weird site where video interview has been conducted with some sort of AI. It was around 20 questions and I had to record video with replies. Later on he asked for my availability for onsite interview and never came back. After 2 weeks I’ve reminded him asking for feedback or to schedule an interview, he requested my availability again and disappeared. I haven’t heard from them for more than a month, which is frustrating as no feedback were given and no idea on what stage I am. If you value your time I won’t recommend fetchr.
