Recruiter reached out to me to apply for the role. First step in the process was a take-home assignment, without even a screening round. Decided to go ahead with it despite the unorthodox approach, had fun with it and did a great job. Crickets after submitting it. I can't even say this is a poor candidate experience because I did not get ANY!

The recruiter was really nice during the Phone interview BUT, the CPO...from talking to him through video interview, you'll know this guy does not want YOU not matter how you explain and give examples also. He feels like he's asking difficult questions but they were pretty easy as I even recorded the conversation just incase. Sent it to some product colleagues, they all said the same thing that it seems this place is toxic or the CPO is toxic...
Applied online. First point of contact is a take-home assignment that is very vague. No chance to present the project or even talk to a human. Rejected after several weeks.
The crappy market allows companies like Fetch to get away with a terrible process.
