The interview was online, with the head of the team, head of the department, and someone from HR. The quality of the call was really bad. There was an echo, so the HR representative took off their headphones and didn't listen to a large part of what I said. I was also told that as they are originally Italian and consider themselves a family, they are trying to become more diverse but it is difficult for them (I am not Italian).
