Ferco Aerospace Group interview questions

Supervisor was very nice and not only asked pertinent questions but other commons interests which helped me feel more like a person not just a body to fill a position.

Interview process was standard procedure. Had dinner and discussed the position, answered the standard interview questions, explained my current job (which was very necessary because I don't believe the hiring manager had read my resume prior to the meeting). Second interview consisted of tour around plant, and meeting potential co-workers.
