The team I spoke with was nice, but honestly, I’m just so tired of companies asking for free assignments and then rejecting candidates. Even when they said they like the approach, they still send a generic rejection. It really feels like they’re just collecting ideas without any intention to hire. If you want work, pay for it. Simple as that.
