I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fennemore in Jan 2024
Interview
There was a 20-minute screener of trying to sell the firm to you. Then a 2-hour callback interview over zoom that was basically only about getting to know you. Everyone was super friendly and open. They told me to email questions but a few did not.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fennemore
Interview
The interview was through a Fall OCI session. The two attorneys were easy to talk with, however they spoke more with one another than they did with me. It seemed like they were pretty easily distracted. They asked the typical questions - What area of law are you interested in, questions about the resume, etc.

Question 1
Nothing especially difficult - about the same questions you get in any interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fennemore (Reno, NV) in Mar 2011
Interview
This was at Jones Vargas prior to it being absorbed by Fennemore Craig. Short interview with two partners. They were both friendly, but I felt that I should have prepared more. One was an alum of my law school who asked some trickier questions. Asked about previous experience, classes, and extracurriculars. Some behavioral questions. Were definitely looking for someone who was planning on staying and living in the area post-law school.
