Fender Musical Instruments Software Engineer interview questions

Discussions with tech team were ok, they seem to be lifers with no real interest in elevating themselves through their craft. The real insight was after talking to various project managers (everybody is one !) you get the feeling that the pms are a bunch of clock watchers complaining about the tech teams not finishing their work on time, etc.. (there seems to be some kind of war) Can't show ambition or you're not going to pass the interview...
