First recruiter comes in, asks you if you know who the CEO is, small talk, gets you ready for a
couple managers to come in and ask you about your past musical experience in retail or music experience with Fender products. Ask about general knowledge in sales customer service, etc. Pretty casual and chill. Play their cards close to the chest though, and you'll be contacted later if you get the gig. Bring your technical expertise, not your guitar chops...
