Fenchem interview questions

Very informal, messy and inexperienced interviewers. Desperate to find experts and dishonest about how the company is. Absolutely no structure and communication is non existent. Issues are ignored and process improvement is never a priority, company is ran like a sweatshop

The interview process was very smooth and thoughtful. The questions mostly focused on my previous work background and how it is relevant to the position I am applying for. Overall, the entire process was very positive.
