FeelGroup interview questions

The application process for this UX/UI job starts with a quick phone call to check if the role is a good fit. If you pass, you’re invited to their office for an in-person interview, where they ask about your design process, skills, and experience, along with some questions about handling pressure and collaboration. After the interview, they send a take-home assignment with a 5-day deadline, which you later present in their office. However, I didn’t get the chance to complete this step. They rejected my assignment in less than 12 hrs of submission, a very distasteful and disrespectful end to my process

The interview process consisted of four stages: 1. A quick phone call with HR. 2. An interview with HR and the Lead Engineer. 3. An assignment. 4. A final interview to discuss the assignment. The process itself was straightforward but lasted a month. Unfortunately, I ended up being ghosted at the end. After following up, I received a response stating that they decided to close the position, as they had determined it wasn’t necessary to fill it at this time.
