Interview
The process was very relaxed. During the entire process you aren't made to feel as if it were an interrogation but rather a conversation. I always felt as if the interviewer was generally interested in me, my past and what I enjoy.

The questions asked are more tailored around who you are as a person (culture) and a bit about your knowledge of the industry( the technicality of understanding feeds is something you'll learn)
