I learned that the company is growing quickly and offers flexibility in its work environment. I confidently explained my previous work processes, which seemed to resonate with Ashley. I also mentioned having another offer and requested to expedite the process. Overall, I felt the conversation went very well and rated it 9.5/10. In the second round with JJ, the focus was on Federato’s metrics, like scores and winability, as well as my technical skills and challenges I’ve faced. I presented a deck, which JJ appreciated, and we discussed how the role involves data science, visualization, and underwriting processes. I felt calm and clear during the conversation, articulating my ideas confidently. I already had multiple offers by this time so had to decline, but it was fun
