Federated Media interview questions

Interview process was good. It was not lengthy or arduous. Within a week or two of submitting my resume and cover letter, I was notified that I had made it past the first screening and would hear back from them by email. The email assured me that I might not hear from them for a few weeks due to the volume of applicants, but that I would indeed be contacted. Although I was contacted within a matter of days. I had a face to face interview very casual and friendly although quite detailed in questions about Media interest. Also examined my capability to learn on the job, and adaptability. Skills required were technical and either interviewees need to know or learn this on the job. Interview process took less than a week but was effective in assuring the team of my capabilities and assuring me of job requirements.

Had a couple of phone screens. Then they invited me for an on site. Talked to the design lead and another designer. They were very nice people but it seemed they didn't know what they are looking for or they were not serious about hiring some one soon. They said they call me back in a week but they didn't. I had to make decisions because I had another offer. So when I wrote them that I need to know they rejected me.
