The interview process was pretty extensive. Although I felt it was two-sided meaning they wanted to see if the company was a good place for me instead of just me being a good fit from them.

Interview
It was a lengthy process. I completed several interviews which consisted of Job shadowing, interviews with direct supervisor, manager and even VP of claims. They had me take a test to determine my career personality

10. 3 hour Face to Face interview with the Regional Manager
11. Must send in 1 or 2 years of performance Reviews
12. Writing samples reviewed by Managers
13. Face to Face interview with Regional Managers Boss (half day)
14. Offer

Not sure why the 13th step is to ask canned questions like, "Tell me about a time... "
