Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Statistics Analyst I interview questions

I applied online and was contacted in about one month by a recruiter wanting to set up a phone screen. The phone screen lasted 30 minutes and consisted of general behavior questions. About one week later, the recruiter emailed me to set up a follow-up interview over Skype with the hiring manager and three others from the statistics department. The Skype interview lasted one hour went pretty well. However, they did not ask me any technical of conceptual questions which I thought was odd. I received a call from the recruiter one week after the interview letting me know that I was a reject.
