It was relatively simple. One over the phone interview that lasted about 20-30 minutes. There were two interviewers and they took turns asking basic interview questions. There were no curve-balls or anything out of the ordinary. I received a call a few weeks later with a job offer.

What do we, the federal highway administration do?
Applied during my first year of graduate school. I received a phone call that asked if I still wanted the job. I had to ask who it was and what job was being offered.

Interview
They asked a few typical HR questions. These include questions such as "what makes you fit for the job?" and "tell me about yourself". Also, they spoke about the position and if I had any questions.
