3 rounds. Phone interview with the recruiter. Interviewe with immediate superviser then had a panel interview with two managers. They had a list of behavioral questions which I think FedEx requires to ask. I had to fill out a form with a lot of questions which took me a very long time. Normal questions not too technical.
