The Interview process was pretty easy. They asked a few easy questions, went through a tour and such..and filled out an application prior to the interview inside the warehouse.

Interview
Have to pick up application in person, and sign up for an interview. they call you within a couple weeks to schedule an interview which will also be several weeks away. The interview was not too difficult as i was a temp with the company before i applied to be hired on. First day of work was also weeks after interview.

Interview
Very easy interview and quick hiring process. I was hired on the spot and I mean the job doesn't take too much thinking, so I was very over qualified for the position. I just needed a quick source of income, but the interview was one-on-one with the hub manager. He just asked your basic general questions of why you want to work for the company, etc. As long as you pass the drug and background check you should be fine.
