The first step was to fill out an online application, which was fairly simple. I received a phone call from the hiring manager who was very positive and I could tell he took the time to get to know my resume before the phone call which was nice. He scheduled me for an interview for later that week. When I arrived I was very impressed with the facility and the professionalism of the staff. I met with the hiring manager, the interview was about an hour long in which we discussed my resume in detail and my career goals and how they fit in with the company goals. My interview went extremely well and I was scheduled for a second meeting with a group of who would be my peers and then the Managing Director. I had an offer before the week was over. Very positive experience.
