Phone interview with center mgr, followed by in store interview with center mgr. Finally phone interview with DM. Offer came within 24 hrs of final interview. Started about two weeks from initial phone call interview

Basic questions, how do you deal with upset customer? What have you sold and how? Typical " tell me about a time " you did this or that. Most questions were read from interview manual from fed ex . All in all a pretty smooth , non pressure interview
Applied online, received a call two days later, went in for interview with store manager, did phone interview with district manager, a few days later received a call with offer.

It was fast easy and convenient. Called back fast required drug test and easy to do. I would work there again if needed asked typical customer service experiences job type question and wanted to know work history.

Called in and interviewed by the store manager, at the store I was applying to. Interview was relatively short and I happened to forget my I.D. in my car. Then I was called for a second interview with another manager at a different store.
