Interview
Initially applied online and was contacted on the phone by a FedEx rep. The phone call just confirmed that I had a valid driver's license and that I wasn't a felon. A week later I was interviewed in person at the local Louisville facility by the two managers (AM and PM). After typical, quick behavioral questions, I was sent to the Centennial facility to train truck driving for 1-2 weeks.

What is an example of a time where you had a conflict with someone at work?
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout. The questions were not too difficult and focused on assessing my basic knowledge, problem-solving ability, and overall fit for the role.
The interview was short and pretty straight forward. Most of the questions revolve around describing any past work situations where you experience a stressful moment and how you handled it.
