I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FedEx (City of Industry, CA) in Dec 2011
Interview
you get asked numerous questions about your self. ask if you played sports. ask you to lift something weighing at least 50 lbs. its a one on one interview with the manager i believe. they usually hire you the day of if they like you.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
