I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx in Nov 2012
Interview
To get your first job at FedEx as a package handler all you have to do is be alive and not be a felon. Having a car is helpful but not a must have if you know someone working there. Being a manager means you need to go through the normal series of interviews asking the questions you can find on a simple Google search about 'generic interview questions'

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and what did you do
They use the "STAR" method of interviewing where you respond to behavioral interview questions. You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present. The acronym STAR stands for –– situation, task, action, result.

Question 1
They usually start with “Tell me about a time when…”
One interview two people about 2/3 hours. I’m not for sure to what else to put because it really was not that hard. They don’t really ask questions about anything that is hard.
