Phone Interview lasted about a hour. Hiring manager just ask general behavioral questions. No technical questions were asked. Got the offer email the next day after the phone interview. However, FedEx is a large corporation and after I applied for this position online, I waited about two months to get a call from hiring manager. The process could take up to 2 months.

The interview process pretty neat. The program manager called me and asked me about my time preference. Then the next round was 1-hour telephonic interview with hiring manager. He was a pretty straightforward guy and was having around 20 years of experience. Almost all the questions were from my past work experience and what I was studying at college. He described what his team was doing and what my job role will be. I received an offer after 1 week of that interview. Please prepare your answers in a storytelling setting. You should be able to give proper justification to the questions asked and what you did that created a difference.
