I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FedEx in Aug 2011
Interview
The initial contact was very pleasant. The atmosphere of the walk through process was loud...making it difficult to hear the instructor. The interview went well, even though the summation of my answers to the interviewer omitted the most important detail of my experience...that being I had experience lifting heavy packages on my current job.

Question 1
If you were the ceo of the company what would you do to boost morale?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
