I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Kernersville, NC) in Oct 2016
Interview
Saw the job posting and went to an Observation at the job site. It lasted about an hour and entailed a tour and FAQ about the job. I was emailed a personality form and it was pretty straightforward. Next, I was called in for an interview. During the interview I was asked typical questions ranging from hypotheticals to which shift I desired, etc. Then, I was emailed a Background Check and was told it could take two to three weeks to receive results. Three and a half weeks later, I was offered the position.

Question 1
Describe what you would do if you had a conflict with another employee.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
