After filling out all the paper work necessary to apply, I was instructed to attend an observation of the work in action. Then completed a formal application online. Was called in for an interview two weeks later. Was told I was hired pending a criminal background check, which I passed. I attended a brief orientation two days following the receipt of the background check and started working the following morning.

Interview
You schedule a sort observation online and attend with a group of other applicants. You are then presented with positions that may be available to you. You can then apply to the package handler position. You have to submit a background check and there are no additional tests or checks. Once the BG check comes back, you're ready to be interviewed. The interview itself was simple... Very basic questions. Once you sign everything, you're in and you can start working.
