Very Structured. Scripted. Interviews at this company are very structured. You can elaborate or ask questions near the end but every interview position specific is very similar. Some people do not understand this process and throws some people off. I have personally conducted dozens of interviews during my management career and sometime wish I had the ability to better know the candidate from a professional level. But it is understandable that this is necessary to avoid litigation.
