The interview process was very organized and they needed to see proof of my Canadian citizenship at the start. I was interviewed by two people and I was emailed my interview questions 20 minutes before my interview started. This was my designated "prep time" to review the questions and prepare my responses.

Describe a time when you used a spreadsheet program (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets) for work or a school project. Which software did you use? What features of the software did you use? What formulas did you use? What were the end results?
Tell us about a time when the amount of detail you had to deal with appeared overwhelming. What did you do? What was the result? What did you learn from the situation?
Describe a time when you had to complete multiple projects (or assignments) at once. How did you stay on task, meet the multiple deadlines and deliver quality work? How would you reprioritize if a new project / assignment was assigned?
Describe a situation in which you recognized a potential problem as an opportunity. What did you do? What was the result? What, if anything, do you wish you had done differently?
Imagine that you are the project manager of an important project. Two of your co-workers cannot get along and it is derailing the project. How do you go about solving this issue?
