Applied and received an interview offer about 2 weeks later. Went in expecting them to ask me about my work experience. Total time for the interview was 1 hour. the first 40 minutes, the told me about the company and then the last 20 minutes was to see if I'm competent mounting using a paint brush. They were interested in the fact that I crochet during my free time than anything else. They ask for people with BS degrees in science, but really a high schooler can do this job with no great difficulty.

I had to fill out a work sheet about pay availability etc. before I was brought in for an interview. I received a phone call a few days later. There was nothing else to it.
