Poor Candidate Experience I went through the final interview stage after completing a time-consuming assessment. The interview was scheduled just one day in advance, leaving little room for preparation — which already felt inconsiderate. Despite showing up prepared and on time, I received no feedback whatsoever, even two weeks after the interview. Follow-up emails were ignored. The complete lack of communication post-interview shows a disregard for candidates' time and effort. It’s disappointing that a company with a regional presence operates with such little professionalism in their hiring process. Candidates deserve timely updates — even a simple "no" is better than silence.
