Fathom Applications interview questions

Two phone interviews, writing assessment that they said wasn't completely relevant to the position but was still useful to them, video interview with 4 team members in the office (30 min each), interview with team members from headquarters office.

It was clean cut and very organized. The founders as well as the director of business development in Seattle was very professional, open, and experienced. It was fast and I met at the Seattle office to meet the biz dev and a coworker there and from there I met the founding team in Australia. Overall it's a refreshing experience to learn from a new company that has bootstrapped itself. I am looking forward to one day working under them.
