Group interview / 121 questions followed by follow up interview at later date. The group interview was with other applicants for different managerial roles, we looked at Store reports and a working day and they gave us scenarios to discuss. This was followed by a 121 interview with standardised questions. I was then asked for a follow up interview with a member of management one week later.
