Interview
The interview with the HR is not very for formal but the atmosphere is okay. The HR staff did not require me to speak in fluent english and just provided me basic background of the company. Overall it's okay.
Straightforward. They will call and you will come for interview. They will ask you a few questions, if the director is available you will be interviewed.
As long as you pass their requirements, you will be hired.
