Recruiting process interview with the manager of the team and the architect. The interview was calm and very interesting yet the conversation was kind of formal. question and response! I realized that there is no clear communication between team members.

The application process is extemely long and applicants have to put a lot of effort in it. There were 2 online-interviews via hangouts with different people from Amsterdam. 1 other online feedback talk for this as well. I had to do two tasks from home (including CAD drawing, site plan, ground floor, section and detail, presentation, understanding the fastned stations, for both tasks.). Then I had a hangout talk with feedback for this, too. Then I had to meet the people in Cologne for an interview in their office. Then I had a online feedback talk for this, too. Then I got a call, they chose another person with an understandable feedback, which I appreciated. Main reason was, people in Cologne weren't satisfied. My recommendation: Do the interview in Cologne 1st or 2nd, if it's that important! If they already accept the applicant they have to work with themselves, he/she can still meet Amsterdam people and do the tasks. This would safe both parties a lot of time and effort.
