Interview
Apply through the website. After that you take an assessment test online. (Make sure your answers are consistent to score well on this test) If you pass the test you will interview with the district manager. Then interview with the branch manager. All interviews are pretty laid back and simple. If that goes well you go to the closest distribution center and interview with the RVP.
Two interviews to get a job. Very sales focused. Company looking for high achievers who want performance based pay (there is a base pay as well). Questions about previous job experience and how you would hypothetically respond in certain situations.

Personal one on one. Very open discussion. Great company with great training. Get your foot in the door and work hard and you’ll do fine. Nice entry level business structure
