You have an initial phone screening. Then you have two interviews. You interview with the branch manager and the district manager. From start to finish, you’re looking about three weeks. It’s a relatively streamlined process.

3 step process, first step is a quick qualification interview on the phone. Second step is with the store manager, and the third step is with the district manager. It definitely helps to know about the company and what they do.

Was a very solid process and made very simple. Typical interview questions and good people doing the interviews. No complaints at all. Would for sure recommend for anyone wanting to do this kinda job
